This is a not very well formatted version of the Pastor's Report given to the board tonight. If you want a better wone you can get it in the office.

Report of the Pastors

For this quarter, we offer a simple set of statistics that we believe best reflects where we have been, where we are, and where we are heading:

Started letter-writing campaign to first-time visitors and returning visitors; follow-up with phone calls.
Started letter-writing campaign to members no longer attending, or attending infrequently, to bring them back in—seeing positive results!
